Through specialized work with clients and former employers, as well as our own passion, purpose and curiosity, Lemonwheel brings a lens of Inclusion and Belonging to everything we deliver – whether that be for a DEI-specific project or any initiative that seeks to put people first.

Novartis Day of Reflection

Employees across the country came together to build inclusion and learn from industry leaders about how to take action for a more equitable health care industry. We led communications and partnered on event planning for the company's 2024 event.

Five Below Heritage Month Series

To showcase inclusion and belonging at the company, we profiled employees throughout the year about how they bring their authentic selves to work. The featured interviews were distributed as part of a weekly internal newsletter.

Comcast RISE 

Helping to connect one of Comcast's signature programs focused on community investment to an internal audience, we captured voices of employees who have their own stories about the impact of small businesses on their lives and their inspiration for working on RISE initiatives. We also provided employees with the tools to be RISE ambassadors.
